Paula B. Acaldo

Paralegal

Always ready for a challenge, Paula is excited to be pursuing her second paralegal career by assisting the firm's attorneys with estate planning, successions, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts, and tax resolution.

Paula is a native of Brusly, Louisiana. She is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Paralegal Program where she earned her certification in 1989. She retired from a local personal injury firm where she worked as a paralegal for 37 years perfecting her skills in civil litigation and attending numerous mediations and jury trials.

Paula is an active member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and currently serves the parish as the Chair on the Stewardship Through Ministry Committee and as a Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. She is a former Chair of the Stewardship Through Offering Committee, and formerly served as Co-Chair of the Administration Commission on the St. Aloysius Parish Counsel. She has also contributed many volunteer hours to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Baton Rouge.

When Paula is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family -- especially with her new grandbaby. Paula and her husband are huge LSU fans and can often be found supporting many athletic events on the LSU campus.
